Announcing Pricing Update for eazyBI for Jira Cloud
Effective December 1, 2025, pricing for eazyBI Reports and Charts for Jira Cloud on the Atlassian Marketplace will be updated. This adjustment reflects our continued investment in performance, scalability, AI-driven features, and integrations that make eazyBI even more powerful and easier to use.
We’re sharing this information early so customers and partners can plan renewals, updates, and DC to Cloud migrations accordingly.
Updated Per-User Monthly Pricing
The new pricing takes effect on December 1, 2025, with a 60-day grandfathering period through January 30, 2026 for Cloud renewals and updates.
Atlassian uses a progressive tier system for app pricing — smaller tiers are priced higher per user, while the per-user cost decreases as the total number of licensed users increases.
Tier Increase Summary
- 1–10 users: remains $10 total
- <1000 users: Price increases by about 20%
- 1000–10000: Price increases from 20% – 4.5%*
- 10000+: Price increase is < 4.5%*
*Note: The List price % increase is gradually decreasing starting from 1000 users.

These updates ensure eazyBI Cloud remains fast, secure, and powerful — ready for both small teams and enterprise-scale environments.
Grandfathering and Renewal Rules
To make the transition smooth, current Cloud customers can renew or update licenses at current pricing through January 30, 2026.
- Renewal or update quotes generated during this period are valid for 30 days.
- After the grace period, new pricing will automatically apply to all renewals and updates.
DC to Cloud Migration Note
Grandfathering does not apply when migrating between platforms. If you plan to move from Data Center to Cloud, generate the Cloud quote before December 1, 2025 to lock in the current rate (quote valid for 30 days, extendable up to 90 days).
Active Evaluations
All evaluations started before December 1st, 2025 will have the old price at the start of subscription.
