Customer Support Consultant
Your goal will be to help eazyBI users to learn and master eazyBI features and to help them become data analysis professionals.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- communicate with customers over e-mail, chat and screen sharing;
- understand customer data analysis needs and create sample eazyBI reports and calculation formulas;
- create and improve documentation pages and screencasts;
- perform on-line training.
You should have good writing and speaking skills in English. It is desirable to have a previous experience with data analysis tools and with customer support. Preference will be given to candidates who are located in Latvia.
